Calendar
My Fine Art Studio follows the Issaquah School District calendar for breaks, except for summer. Classes are split into Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer sessions.
Registration
Every year, registration for Fall begins in June.
Weekly classes are organized into four sessions per year. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Decide which day/time you can consistently come to class . Usually students who join for a particular time stay in that same time slot for the entire school year. New students can join anytime during the year. If you join in the middle of a session, we will prorate your payment for the number of classes left in the session.
Tuition fee is non-refundable. There are no tuition fee adjustments for missed classes. Please schedule make-up classes for any classes you miss. Unused tuition cannot be carried over to the next session.

Make-up Policy
You can make-up missed classes on days when we offer classes for the same age group. Make-up classes should be arranged in advance; no drop-ins. The limit is 1 makeup class per month. Make-up classes are subject to the availability of space in a similar class. We reserve the right not to provide a make up class in case the time slot is not available. No make-ups will be provided for uninformed absences.
Payment
Payments are done for the entire session during the first class of each session. Monthly payment options are also available and have to be paid by the 5th of each month.
We accept cash or cheque.
Online payments can be made through ZELE or your bank's service of bill pay. If paying monthly, this can be a good option for payment.

Class Change
Choose a time slot which works with your schedule and stick with it. If you need to change class for some reason, let us know. The ability to change classes depends on class availability.
Illness/Emergencies/Surprises
Make-up classes can be arranged for emergencies and illness. Make-ups must be scheduled in advance and depends on class availability. If your child is sick please inform me and schedule a make-up. No make-ups will be provided for uninformed absences.
Artist Clothing
Let your child wear something loose that allows movement and can get paints on it.
Annual Art Show
Student's art work is displayed at the end-of-year exhibition held in a Sammamish area establishment in June. Students in past years have enjoyed visiting the exhibition and were very proud to have their work seen in public places. We encourage you to participate in the annual exhibition to appreciate the hardwork & creativity of your young artist.
PhotO and Video Release
Students and their parents/legal guardian are giving My Fine Art Studio permission to take photographs or videos of the students and their artwork for use in advertising material.
